The history of a family union |
It does more than forty years, when in Tucumán the economy and the politics still were turning around the sugar cane and the sugar ingenuities, a group of pioneers bought property in Tafi Viejo began to think of re-turning its production. First it was the idea and the intention, then a series of long studies. And finally the union of five producers' families that they decided to dedicate to the citruses - especially specially to the lemons - I make concrete the foundation of the producers' cooperative citricolas of Tafi_viejo, agriculturalist, of transformation and limited marketing, well known as COTA.
